Buildings Cover Available
- Unlimited cover for damage caused by tracing and accessing water or oil leaks – up to the buildings sum insured
- We will consider lower sums insured for additional properties
- Up to 5 years alternative accommodation cover following a covered loss
- No limits for replacement of locks if the keys are lost or stolen – up to the buildings sum insured
- Up to £50,000 trespass protection cover
- Up to £5,000 cover towards an eco-heating or water system following an insured loss of your client’s existing household system
Contents Cover Available
- Worldwide, all risks cover including accidental damage loss and/or damage as standard
- Cyber Assistance automatically included – £100,000 limit of indemnity
- Unlimited cover for contents outdoors (such as garden furniture) – up to the contents sum insured
- Unlimited cover for contents temporarily away from home such as with a student at university or in hospital or residential care – up to the contents sum insured
- Up to £50,000 cover for loss of personal documents or title deeds
- Optional Cyber Crime & Cyber Legal Defence – £100,000 limit of indemnity
- Up to £10,000 cover for digital music and video files
